Help, I need advice
I have been on the nexplanon for 3 years, previously 3 years on the implanon. For the last year I have been getting my period every 2 weeks or so, with it lasting at least 7 days each time :/ I recently went on a plant based diet hoping it would change my cycle and it hasn't. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated :)
