Avoid reflux/ heartburn relief
Okay im about 26weeks and I literally feel like I'm dying. This acid reflux is hell. I've tried zantac, acid reducers, and tums tums tums but none of them help in the slightest bit. Does anyone have any other suggestions or hacks? Im DESPERATE!!! 😭😭😭
