Twins ??

What are the chances of conceiving twins if twins only run on your mothers side? I’m confused by it. I have twins that run in the family from my mom’s dad. So my grandpa’s brothers and sisters. There is only one set of identical twins the rest are fraternal twins.

Twins are based on maternal side only but honestly the chances of concieving twins without ivf is prettttty uncommon. Your chances are definitely higher but it’s more likely to not have twins. Identical twins are totally random.

Why do you want twins? I’m so curious when I see people wanting twins. I have wins. Natural pregnancy. I have twins on my dads side. Hyper ovulation  can be a gene given to you by your father.
