I used detox pearls..

So I bought herbal detox pearls and used one but after I put it in I read up on medical research on it where tss came into play and I took it out after less than 24 hours. I’m now experiencing paper like discharge, which is “normal” but I’m scared I’ll get a yeast infection. Has anyone else used these detox pearls???
