What do you use to wash your vagina with?

Or what do you use to wash your Vulva/clit, inside of thighs etc with lol. I’m so used to calling everything down there my vagina cause it’s easier 🤣 
Do you use soap? Just water? Summers eve? Other? which is better to prevent infections and odors? Thanks ladies
