Conception symptoms ?

Now I might be getting my hopes up but I ovulated a couple days ago and I swear my body feels different. Nausea, fatigue, etc. ... I am praying this is a sign that I have conceived this month but of course it’s the dreaded wait.. has anyone had early symptoms and turned out to be preggers ?

That’s way too early for symptoms. It’s totally possible you’ll still get pregnant though. You’re just not yet.

If you just ovulated, such symptoms are due to ovulation; as implantation has not even occurred yet. And note: many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either and so best not to symptom spot, and instead test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her.
