Concerned about fluid

So I didn’t notice any gush or anything but when I went pee earlier I realized my thing was wet all the way up the part that goes up your butt (if that makes sense) and when I was wiping I kinda smell a salty semen-ish smell. My actual urine is literally clear from drinking so much water and doesn’t smell like pee really ever so when I’m not sure if it’s worrisome or not 😩 the wetness in my undies had no color or anything it was just.. damp

Should I worry about maybe leaking amniotic fluid?!
