Having kids

So my husband already has a son with someone else who really ain’t in the picture and he thinks I’m his actual mom which makes me happy because I see him as my actual son but I been wanting to get pregnant for awhile now and I did about almost a year ago and I had a miscarriage we have been trying since then but nothing has happened I feel like I will never have kids. Has anyone have had this happened to them ? We have been trying for about 3 years ....
