Safe pregnancy workouts
Just started exercising more since my energy level has been feeling good finally. Went on a long walk today and noticed my thighs rubbed together- such an uncomfortable feeling! I'm thinking squats , but are there any other pregnancy safe workouts that can help in getting rid of this! Hah
