Is my newly pierced belly button piercing supposed to be like this?? It feels soreish and feels like it’s going to mold into my skin lol, is this considered normal?? it looks and feels like a contusion... Anything helps! Thank you :)

P.S. i’m using the “Magic Sea Salt Spray for Body & Oral Piercing”

Update #2: when i sprayed the seal salt spray and cleaned it with a q-tip, it sort of stung and it felt as if it was a cut lol. Like when you put alcohol on a fresh cut, it was that kind of sting but mild. Other than that, it looks like it’s becoming a scar
