Hiiii so I am about 6 weeks pregnant and I am terrified of being overweight and pregnant. I had been on the Keto diet and lost about 15 pounds and got pregnant. I was told Keto is not healthy for baby so I stopped. I’ve tried eating healthy but all I want is junk food. I’m terrified of losing this baby and I want to be healthy. I feel huge but I think it’s just because I gained back everything I lost. First sonogram on Wednesday and I’m stressing. I just want to hear or see a heartbeat for reassurance. I am going on a short flight tomorrow from NY to Florida and then home on Monday. My doctor said I can fly but I’m still scared. Advice?!
