Period 5 days late, was on clomid 100mg

I’m late and I’m too scared to take a pregnancy test because I want to see a BFP!! I have cramps off and on for the last week no period! No other symptoms! I check my CM and it’s cloudy white, creamy, what should I think! Any recommendations
