Blood pressure?

Does anyone know anything about blood pressure? My usually blood pressure runs around 109/60 sometimes lower. The last few days Iv had a headache and today I started seeing spots too so I took my blood pressure and it’s reading at 141/89. Idk what is considered high in pregnancy, I just know it’s really high for my normal. I’m 37 weeks Sunday.

If your blood pressure keeps rising I’d call your doctor. You could be developing Pre-eclampsia. Symptoms usually are blurred vision, headaches, very swollen feet. I had with my first son. Praying mine doesn’t come back. 🙏🏼 Hope everything is okay for you and baby!❤️

Update: I called the doc office and they sent me to L&D to be monitored. It ended up going down, but by the time it went down, both our heart rates spiked up and stayed up for 5+ hours so we had to stay for awhile and be monitored and I had blood work and urine and IV bags and found out I had a severe uti and possibly other infection (waiting on more cultures) so they put me on an antibiotic thru my IV, and said we could go home after it was done, but by the time it was done, I was contracting every 2 minutes and having terrible back/hip/groin pain so I had to stay for another 2 hours to be monitored because they thought I might be going into labor, I was 2cm 0% thinned last time, I’m still at 2cm but I’m 50% thinned now.....they finally calmed down after a bit and I’m on my way home now thank god....it’s been a longgg painful day.

That is considered high...can you take your BP for me again and tell me what it reads?? This time I want you to be seated and calm for a good 5-10 before the reading...lmk why you get

You should call your dr or go to hospital higher pressure than normal and seeing spots can be serious. Better to get checked out
