Full disclosure. TTC @ 40. Don’t know how to do bbt. Purchased a thermometer. I recently purchased and started opk. I’m logging in Glow daily. Taking prenatal vitamins et. al.
My opk has a nice smiley face, made sure sex was happening during the entire fertile phase (based on Glow) and the opk test but NOTHING. 😔
So now, I want to add the bbt to the mix. How do I go about this?
