Low progesterone 😞??

So me and hubby have been trying about a year and I finally was eligible to have some blood tests done. It came back I was borderline low progesterone (12). Has anyone else has this and conceived? From my understanding it makes it really hard to hold the fertilised egg?? I have started fertility reflexology and massage and was told to start taking a herbal remedy for it called Agnus cactus. Just sad and worried 😢 the doctor said she might refer us to a clinic..
