RE rec for sex frequency w/ normal sperm count
My RE recommended every other, but a lot of research says that every day is better to clear out the dead sperm. My hubby had a really good sperm analysis, so no issues there (my hormones seem to be the issue). I’m going to leave her a message to ask, but I was curious if others have had similar conversations.
