Could I still have ovulated?

Ok so I’m on my first round of clomid 50mg. I had a positive opk cd 16 and had a sono done cd 17 and was told it indicated ovulation. Had bloods drawn cd24 and just got a call saying my levels were low so didn’t seem like I ovulated. Is there anyway my levels didn’t rise soon enough for the blood work and I still did ovulate? I got excited from the sonó to then just be told I didn’t ovulate. She said she will up my dosage next cycle but I still can’t help but to feel defeated. Cycle 13 of ttc I’m just so worn out.
