Help!

Hey all! So I was on nexplanon for 2 years, I had it taken out Jan. 2018 and my husband and I are now TTC. I spotted two days in Jan 2018 a week after removal, then didn’t have a period till May of 2018 for a week, missed until July had it for a week, bled three days in October, spotted in December for two days and now January 2019 comes around and I’ve now had a FULL light-medium period for 3 weeks now! Has this happened to anyone ever coming off of a birth control?

Oh! Also I didn’t have any periods the last 3 month of being on the nexplanon.
