Weird spotting/period?

Question

I just recently got the nexplanon bc and since then ive had 1 period and it lasted for 2 weeks, and then i skipped a period. I was also supposed to start my period like 2 weeks ago but ive just been consistently spotting for the past 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? 
This is also the 2nd BC ive tried. The first one i had was the depo and it was awful. I bled for 6 months straight on it with the occasional 1-2 day break.

I had the same thing but 2 months straight with out a day break.  I only did one shot and knew it wasn't for me.  However I don't have that one but the kyleena.  Any birth control it is normal for spotting. 3-6 months it takes your body to get use to the medication.  My Doctor said some months you can have no period, or some spotting or have a few months of heavy bleeding.  Everyone is different.  But it is completely normal and a side effect.
