Bladder discomfort

I am 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant and feeling really uncomfortable already. I am peeing constantly and feeling bladder pain/discomfort (but absolutely NO burning with urination). I’ve had many UTIs and the pain is very similar, but as I said, it doesn’t hurt to pee. Has anyone else felt like this?! I also felt this around the time implantation would’ve occurred and it was INTENSE.
