Diet in pregnancy
Can I continue eating the way I used to when I wasn’t pregnant to avoid the pounds piling on?
How do I ensure the pounds don’t pile on - I would really like to go down or near enough to my pre-pregnancy weight after baby is here....
I am only 5 weeks atm
EDIT: I understand I will gain weight... that’s not my issue. I am asking if I can continue eating the way I do... I mean if I begin the “eat for two” then I definitely will gain unnecessary weight...
