TMI is this a miscarriage?

This just came out of me. It’s thick and kind of stretchy. I’ve been spotting brown for over a week, got a faint positive test yesterday. I also started bleeding yesterday. I woke up this morning with horrendous cramps and have been cramping and bleeding all day. This is the only clot I’ve had. Is this a miscarriage? It’s mostly red and I’ve searched it for any sign of grey tissue but there isn’t any. Should I assume it’s a miscarriage? I have no idea what to think
