Getting back in shape
I had my daughter February 13 2017. When I was 4 months into my pregnancy I developed restless leg syndrome which causes my legs to shake uncontrollably and go numb. Well I still had it after I gave birth. So I tried to lose the remaining baby weight and working out. I only did light workouts like walking and it caused my legs only get worse to the point my dr put me on medication for it. The only medication for it was a small dose of medication that they give to people with Parkinson Disease. Well it’s been almost two years since I had my daughter and I’m finally working out again (running, lifting weights, etc). I started right after the holidays due to a picture that was taken of me and I didn’t like it. Jan 3 to now. I’ve lost 7lbs. I know it’s not much but it’s a start. I feel so much better about myself. I was at the heaviest I’ve ever been and was not happy with where I was going. My goal is to be at 190, I started at 228. I’m now 219. My advice to any mommies out there that are going thru a hard time like I was. Its possible to work out again, to be heading in the right direction.
