Tax question

Is it normal to get different results with different places while doing your taxes?

We used turbo tax and H&R Block and got very different results.

Both got the federal amount the same.

My husband worked in 3 states.

One says we owe in all 3 states ($700 & $150 and I forget the other amount) which doesn’t make sense because nothing has changed since last year. At all. And we’ve never owed before..

The other says we owe in 2 states, ($800 & $265) and making $122 from the other state.

We have reviewed the information at least 10 times
