16dpo, pos. OPKs, mild weird cramping last 4/5 days

Ok so we inseminated on Jan 6th and 9th. My apps state I ovulated Thursday the 10th and my ava watch says 9th. I have been having weird cramping pulling and back pain not horribly just I feel it and makes me tired and lazy feeling. I decided to take OPKs 3 different days all just random times mid day. I didn’t post all, I was taking one mid day and one around 10/11 at night.

I don’t know if maybe I just didn’t ovulate but my chart looks to me like I did and I used OPKs and clearblue opks with my ava watch and temps. Can anyone give me some insight. Also I haven’t tested cause If it’s negative I’ll feel like it’s forever til AF shows and don’t know what’s going on. Last time I had odd cycles I was on the Jeri diet and it messed my cycles up so bad, took few months to get regulated and so this was our first time TTC in 3 months.
