How much weight did you gain with your second pregnancy?
I gained 55lbs with my first. Pre pregnancy I was 128lbs and went to 175lbs at 9 months... now I’m pregnant with my second at 7 weeks and 155lbs bc I gained weight on birth control (I was 120lbs) and I’m scared that I’ll gain as much as I did my last pregnancy of not more 😭 any tips to prevent that?
