First internal!! Help

Went to the doctors about stomach pains and how I’m ttc, only to be told I need an internal to check for cervical cancer or cysts. Absolutely gutted and so scared!!! Only 20 years old and never had an internal before but obviously I understand that I need it doing no matter how embarrassing!! Need some advice about it if other people have been through similar things and what happens at the doctors
