Bradley Method
Hello second + time moms! I am on my 5th pregnancy, 3 living, one cooking at 7 weeks 3 days. I know it’s early for labor/delivery topic, but I thought I’d ask. My last pregnancy was 3 years ago. I’ve had an epidural for all my births and plan to for this one, but my births are FAST. My fear has always been that I won’t have time for an epidural. My friend was pregnant at the same time and took classes for the Bradley Method. I looked into it and got the basic idea and used some of the info, I found. IT HELPED AMAZINGLY!!!! My contractions were INTENSE and right on top of each other, but I could bare them. My question is those of you who took the actual class, is it worth taking the class if I still plan on having an epidural? Or would some YouTube videos and online info be just as helpful? Please don’t judge. I have 3 kids and making time for a class that is mainly for mom’s who want no meds or epidural would take some extra effort on my part. But if it’s worth it, I’ll make it work! Thanks for any input!
