Tips for losing weight !
In December, after not being able to conceive in a year of trying, being in constant pain for MONTHS, gaining weight like breathing air, and missing my period for 90+ days, I was finally diagnosed with PCOS. For me it was devastating and my possibility of having another baby felt bleak, so I spiraled into a deep depression and kind of just feel terrible all the time. But I’ve been gaining more and more weight and I just feel worse and worse and I just really need help. I know that once I start losing weight I start feeling better and confident again. I could really really use some tips, recipes, diets, anything. Thank you! I used to weigh 140lbs in August and when I was diagnosed and weighed, it was 186lbs and it’s the end of January and I feel my clothes tighter, my pants tighter, so I KNOW for a fact that I weigh more now. Please help.
