Boy or Umbilical Cord? (Updated with both pictures)

My midwife did this u/s in the room just to measure for our due date (yes we didn’t realize I was pregnant until I was 20 week 😂) and we asked if she could tell the sex. Some views we thought girl but then the one shot looked like a boy... but she wasn’t sure if that was the umbilical cord or not. We have our anatomy scan on Tuesday, but it’s driving me crazy trying to figure it out! Any ideas?? (Sorry for the double post it keeps posting 2 of the same picture when I post 2 different)
