D-mannose for utis?

has anyone taken d-mannose as a daily supplement to prevent utis? I suffer from utis everytime i have sex (yes i pee after sex🤕) and i was researching was to prevent them. I ate azo gummies but see no difference besides the fact that they taste awful. Does anyone take d-mannose and see a difference? If not what do you take that helps prevent

YES i also suffer from chronic UTIs and now i take d mannose and it clears it right up. I take a feminine probiotic with cranberry extract and uva ursi for prevention, and now i only get them once every 4-6 months instead of monthly

I have one good kidney and would get UTIs all the time. I haven’t tried that but I take cranberry pills everyday and now I only get UTIs every now and then. I take one with each meal, and when I see my urine start to get cloudy I take two with each meal and chug water. I learned that when I drink sweet tea, juices, sweet cocktails, sweet coffee, or sodas it was a trigger to get an infection... bacteria loves sugar. So just water it is! Also pee before sex too, sex massages bacteria into your urethra.
