Any second+ time mamas feeling baby?

The last few days, I’ve been feeling little twitches - I’ve been through pregnancy before; it’s a very unique feeling and I knew the moment I felt it. It’s been VERY far, few, and in between, but those little twitches are the greatest. ❤️ I asked my doctor about it and she said it was very likely I’m right and that I’m just in tune with my body, since I even told her which ovary I ovulate from the month I conceived before she confirmed which side the cyst was on. 😂 I guess my uterus is also up higher than normal too because I have a tilted uterus (naturally leans back) and it popped forward into my abdomen above my pelvic bone. I’m just shy of 12 weeks.
