My feet have been swollen for weeks now but this past week my feet have been next level swollen.  Throughout my pregnancy they haven't been swollen, just recently and my left foot is swollen to the point of nerve pain and soreness.  My obgyn checked my legs but not my feet. Do you guys think its serious enough to go to the hospital. I'm currently 38 +5

I’ve had terrible swelling in my feet. What helps them is drinking more water, elevating them, walking (I still am doing 12 hr shifts as a nurse at 37weeks) and wearing sneakers not flip flops or moccasins. The pressure helps keep it down. But it doesn’t ever go all the way down. Just our present our little ones  have given to us😂

Ne side being more swollen than the other is the first sign of blood clot I believe. Yes go to the dr

I'm at the hospital and my blood pressure is steady rising at the front it was 132/68 they checked again in the room its 148/84

Have you tried having a foot massage? I had the same issue for a week and my husband gave me foot massages daily and now it’s not as bad. My doctor said if the foot massages didn’t make the swelling go down, they would look into it being a possible blood clot. But since the massages made the swelling go down, all is fine.

Your OB checked your leg because that’s where a clot would be that would cause the increase swelling in your feet. Have you taken your BP? Unfortunately pregnancy swelling is very comfortable, by the end of my friend’s pregnancy she said you would’ve thought she was 500 lbs if you only saw her feet and ankles because of how swollen they were. You can also try some compression socks. Also, going for walks helps with circulation which can help with swelling.

This happened with my first pregnancy my doctor just told me that it happens and didn’t do much after 🤷🏽‍♀️ there’s certain food you can eat that makes swelling go down also doing a foot soak might help and propping ur legs up/ compression socks.. doesn’t hurt to make a call tho if you feel something is really really wrong !

Mine have been like that for a few weeks.  Thankfully, My urine was negative for protein though.
