I’m pretty sure I’m miscarrying but I haven’t had any cramps at all. Started with brown spotting on Wednesday then turned to rust colored spotting for two days then it went back to very light brown spotting barely when I wiped. Then had a vaginal ultrasound on Friday and since then I’ve had bright red spotting. This morning I noticed this tissue in the toilet. But I didnt even notice passing it. Still no pain and no heavy bleeding. But bright red spotting when I wipe. The blobs to the right were clots im assuming. I spread them out and there was nothing in them. Just looked like congealed blood. Sorry for the TMI. I have an appointment tomorrow for betas. But I’m not feeling hopeful
