Is this real??

So the last three days I’ve had light spotting. Also it’s the three days before my menses start. Decided to take a pregnancy test today and it came back positive. I also took a ovulation test and came back almost positive. Has this happened to anyone before? We’ve been trying for a year and half and I’m still in disbelief. I lost all hope the last cycle. I want to share it with my husband but want to make sure it’s real. I’m so excited but don’t want to get ahead of myself. Has this happened to anyone? I didn’t spit and all pregnancy tests were negative with my first child. Heck, even had an ultrasound done the first time around at the hospital because I was very sick 4 weeks in. Got a positive at 6 weeks at my doctors office.
