Please help me 😔

My periods are so irregular it’s making trying for a baby so much harder 😔! A few months back it was 3 weeks late then a week early now this late again and it’s still not here! No signs of it coming and I’m 100% not pregnant 😔 I’m only 21 and been married for 2 years and I haven’t been on the pill for over a year my periods Are still all over the place! At one point they was perfect just a few days late or early but now I’m a mess! If I go to the doctors to try and regulate them what will the doctors do? Has anyone else had any similar problems?
