Are these contractions if theres no pain?

Hi so I don't know if this is anything. For the past couple of hours I've been getting a pressure in my stomach every 10 mins or so. They last about 40 seconds. Just feels my tummy going hard which I could totally miss if it weren't for a squeezing feeling of my bladder that then let's up.

No pain at all.

I thought whatever was going on would be really obvious but this is so subtle 😆 obviously I know if it were full blown labour contractions I'd know about it (I hope) but just wondering if this could be the start of something?

I'm 38 weeks
