High positive ANA and pregnant
I’m 18 weeks pregnant and just found out I have high positive ANA (anti-nuclear antibodies). My ANA titer is 1:1280 which is considered severe, however I have absolutely no symptoms. The only reason I even got the test was because I get nervous about everything and requested it myself. Doctor is baffled I can be this high without any sign of an auto-immune disorder but says she’s not worried about the pregnancy because the pregnancy-specific auto-immune tests she did we’re all negative (I don’t know what they were specifically). Of course I did some googling and now I’m convinced something terrible is going to happen with the baby. Anyone have a similar situation?
