Okay, so when should I go?

Wednesday- membrane sweep, spotting, cramping. 
Thursday-Bloody show 
Friday-Bloody Show, pooping
Saturday- slight bloody mucus here and there, intense lightning crotch, pooping 
Today-Cramping, period like cramps, blood tinged mucus again, and all over uneasy feeling.   
When should I go in? The cramps feel like I can time them, and they also feel super constant with the tightening.
I’m 3cm 70% effaced as of Wednesday.
I’ve already been 3 times. Twice for early labor signs and once for a UTI. I’m hydrated, for sure. I just don’t want to go in and have my time wasted just to be sent home. Ughhhh. Also, I’m kinda embarrassed.

My doctor advises 5-1-2. Contractions 5 minutes apart, lasting for 1 minute each, for total of 2 hours. If you can time them then I’d do that. If you feel like they are painful and getting closer together it’s worth a call but it’s helpful to have the timing when you talk to them.

If they aren't painful enough your already rushing in I'd just wait till you get to that point.

Wait until they’re consistent and they really hurt. You can’t mistake real labor. It’s rough.

Go in when you’re in labor...... if you aren’t actively contracting you aren’t in labor.
