What the heck is going on?!

By this point, I'm just annoyed. I have had cramping and spotting for 4 days now. AF is supposed to start Tuesday. Bfn yesterday. While some say this may be normal before AF, it isn't "normal" for me. Since I first started my period at age 12, so 18 years, I have never once had cramping and spotting for 4 days. At MOST, I've had spotting for 2 days and then AF starts. I've had backaches, headaches, slight nausea. I just want AF to come already so I can start my new cycle 😤
