When should you make your registry?

Around what week should you start your registry? 
I want to start now even though I'm only 11 weeks, kind of just for a check list of things I want to go ahead and buy now and things I would like to receive at the shower.

I started mine on Amazon after my first dr appointment (for conformation) and just keep adding to it as I find different things I like. Once we knew the gender, I started really adding more to it. I dont think there's ever a wrong time to start it. The earlier you make it, the more time you have to tweak it. 🤷‍♀️
