Is this Diastasis recti?

I just noticed this today. It doesn’t hurt at all and my belly isn’t even that big but I’m worried that I have Diastasis, this is my belly when I raise my head off the bed

I’ve had diastasis with both my previous ones and it didn’t make anything any more hard. My sister also had it and said it didn’t make a difference compared to other pregnancies without it either. I’m sure you’re fine. It’s very normal and you can heal it with certain exercises. We may have gotten lucky but in just letting you know my experience maybe to give you piece of mind that it’s not ALWAYS something to freak out about.

Not sure why you are worried, since it is very common in pregnancy. Just know if it does the are was to improve this after baby is born.!

Mine has looked like that every pregnancy if i do that. Pretty sure that’s normal.

I was always told that if something made your belly 'cone' to not do that, since it can lead to DR.  Whenever I noticed it, I stopped doing it and made it through one pregnancy without DR.  Now to see how pregnancy number 2 treats me...

That’s just the baby. Separation of your tummy muscles is actually part of the pregnancy process. Even months later they are 1-2cm apart

After your 6-8 week postpartum visit you can go in and be seen by a pelvic floor PT and they can help with assessment and seeing what you can do if your belly still does that after baby.
