Anyone deal with severe yeast infections during pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy. I am 13 weeks 4 days and I’ve had at least three yeast infections, a UTI (I’ve never had one, I don’t even have symptoms) and Bacterial Vaginosis. I have the worst yeast infection right now cause I am taking antibiotics for the UTI.

Anyone know of any home remedies that are safe during pregnancy that can give me some relief? I am SO miserable and I cannot contact my doctor until tomorrow. I just want some relief through the night. Not even a prescribed cream is helping me. 😩
