Advice, please!
I'm new to fitness. I have access to an elliptical machine and I would love to try yoga.
Does anyone have any tips on where a beginner should start the different settings on the elliptical? Such as incline, speed, etc.
Should I do yoga before or after using the elliptical?
Do I do these things every day of the week?
What are some good healthy snacking tips?
Does Netflix have any good yoga shows to use as a guide?
Any and all help is much appreciated!
