Is it all in my head??

My temps have been super odd past o this cycle. This temp jump today is the highest I’ve ever had, it was 98.17 before this morning. So many symptoms: swollen breasts with tender nipples, cramping on and off on side of ovulation, sharp cramps back on 9dpo, stuffy nose and cold like feeling, fatigue since 9dpo, and vivid dreams. BFN this morning, AF due tomorrow, anyone have any ideas on what could cause all this if not pregnant google dr had me freaked out about the possibility of a cyst 😬😳
