Cereal before two months!?

Not me but I saw someone feeding her 1 ½ months old cereal and I was wondering if it was safe?
Edit ; I asked her why she was giving her cereal already and she said no particuliar reason, she started at 1 month with herfirst too and her pediatrician gave her ok if she continue to drink the same amount of milk. 🤷

I personally never feed my kids that young but the baby might have reflux issues and her doctor told her to. Honestly not any of our business. If she wanted advice shes ask, she would, but what good does asking this do? Gonna message her and be like "the internet and I were talking about you, and we disagree with your parenting "? Because I promise that won't go well

No! Nothing before at least 4 months but it’s recommended to wait until 6 months.

Don’t do cereal in general. Big mistake because my MIL was like it’s time blah blah blah. My baby got so constipated it was the worst experience. I was so pissed. I never feed my daughter that ever again. I just gave her baby food
