Someone please help me bc I’m clueless
I have my honeymoon the last week of February, I am THE PICKIEST PERSON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really want to get in better shape, not even just for the honeymoon but to just feel better about myself and I don’t really mind working out!! But eating healthy is my problem just because I don’t like anything!!! Somebody please tell me the best type of workout when I can barely eat anything that’s good for me, or things to try that are good for me that maybe I can choke down! I have a bullet to make smoothies so anything that goes in that would also be a big help! I weigh about 200-205 and I really need some help. Even if you wanted to text me or private message me or something that’s totally fine! Just someone please help me😭😭😭
