Anyone found any good remedies for insomnia? I just hit my second trimester but I haven’t been getting great sleep for 2 or 3 weeks now. I used to just wake up when I had to pee but now it’s almost every 2 hours. It’s making me so exhausted. I’ve tried chamomile tea, no screens after 9pm, Benadryl, prayer/meditation. Nothing seems to work. I work 4 days a week 8-10 hours each day so no time for naps those days. Help!!!
