Help?

So my nipples have been sensitive as hell, if I touch them it is painful, I’m kinda concerned about it being pregnancy especially since I’m a teenager and I can’t have that right now. I’m on the Liletta IUD and my bf says the strings are where they always are, is it my hormones or my bra or do I need to be concerned.

Sensitive nipple sometimes is totally normal. They respond to your hormones too. That by itself doesn’t mean pregnancy. It happens to me every month.

If you're truly concerned, take a pregnancy test or go see your doctor. But it can just be a side effect of changing hormones. 
I know what it's like, believe me. I'm also too young for a baby and I have scares like this sometimes, too. Specifically, I've also had sore nipples and thought the same way.
I'm on the pill and we use condoms, but I always worry. Just try not to psych yourself out, because that won't help anything.
