Anyone else have PUPPP?

I had never heard of this, and now I am MISERABLE. I can’t get to sleep at all because of the itching! Does anyone have any experience/advice? I know the only cure is to have the baby. I’m 37 weeks 4 days, so I’m trying everything.

I have it and I feel your pain. It’s so miserable! Showers seem to help temporarily. I also take oral Benadryl and have tried aloe, calamine, hydrocortisone cream, cool compresses, but I prefer gold bond anti-itch lotion because it kind of numbs the area even though nothing has given me long term relief. The itching also gets much worse for me if I wear a lot of layers so I try to stay as cool as possible

I had it with my first pregnancy and was prescribed a special lotion which helped but I would also rub aloe Vera gel and calamine lotion all over. They all helped even temporarily.

I didn’t have PUPPs but I had hives from my neck to my toes. I took an oatmeal bath every night and covered myself in calamine lotion and it helped a ton!

Gosh I went through this with my first it was horrible I was miserable at six months until I delivered. I couldn’t wash my body with any kind of body wash because I felt like it made it worse unscented lotion is the best well for me it was I also used Nivea cream The one in the blue jar

Preparation H wipes and cream slathered everywhere? Might quell the itching at least temporarily.
